KILL4LOVE

Here at last is the long-awaited music video for RedGoGreen's "KILL4LOVE",  which is featured in RETURN TO NUKE 'EM HIGH.  All of the actors, save for the always effervescent Snowy the Wonder Dog, are featured players in the film, playing different roles here.

Colin plays the nice guy boyfriend of the heroine, who...Oh, just watch and enjoy!

Last year at this time there was no official "Colin's Film Work." We were unable to even identify exactly what footage or how it was used would appear in the documentary "Paul Williams: Still Alive". But here it is, a year later, and Colin has just completed work as an extra on one film and a featured player in another. Is he the new rising star of the cinematic world? Not really, but he IS putting himself out there, working long hard hours, and developing a base for his resume to compliment the Theatre work he has already developed.

The first movie he was actually filmed in (technically nowadays it's HD video, but since these movies have the capacity for theatrical distribution we will use the base term "filmed"..) was as an extra in the locally produced "Let Them Have Their Way".

LET THEM HAVE THEIR WAY

(Under construction)

A Film shooting in Mostly the Buffalo, NY area over the course of 2012, Colin did some extra work for the director on a couple of days' worth of shooting, even splitting one day between this and the next film, listed below.  LET THEM HAVE THEIR WAY is a study in how social media can have a disassociating effect on people.

The second film of summer 2012 may sound low-rent, but it's a big huge deal for not just Colin, but also the film's director, Lloyd Kaufman. And that means this film is the start of something new for the head of Troma Films, the longest running independant film distribution and production company still operating, with a distribution roster of over 150 movies and a trove of self-produced movies that cross the pantheon of quality and respect.

RETURN TO NUKE'EM HIGH Vol. 1

First things first!!!! The teaser trailer you are about to click on is DEFINITELY N.S.F.W.!!!! For those of you not in the know, that means it is NOT SAFE FOR WORK!!" Or in other words, it contains content involving graphic scenes of nudity, gore, violence, and ducks.

DUE TO THE GRAPHIC NATURE OF THIS FOOTAGE AND THE IMAGES WE ARE PRESENTING, THEY ARE FOUND NOW ON THE "KAIJU AFTER HOURS" PAGE.

For what it's worth, it was a hell of a lot of fun to work on...

A big shout out to the fine folks at www.dreadcentral.com who finally posted a stable link for this. It came and went several times on the internet.

The movie is a reimagining of the original Troma classic in which the events of the first film DID happen, and now they are playing out again, sort of, in an updated manner. Directed by the legendary Lloyd Kaufman, it is scheduled to air on the STARZ network in April 2013, and be available on DVD and Blu-Ray in Walmarts and Targets and other fine retailers soon after.

Colin plays... Colin, in the movie, and there's even a cameo by Joe.  But Colin's the real star here, working up from an extra to a featured player on his acting chops alone.

The Special RETURN TO NUKE'EM HIGH VOL 1 One-sheet for the Festival screening on August 2, 2013 at Montreal's Fantasia show.
